2. Send us a clear picture of your choice via e-mail (mailto:[email protected] - not to the email that sent your receipt) with the following format:

Subject: Pet Portrait - [your order number]
• Background color you want (you can choose any color you want. You can also attach a screenshot of your color for more accurate color-picking!)
• Which product did you request: Digital or Print.

3. We will confirm your order and provide the estimated completion date.
